Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: March 2026

The short version

Some product links on Priviw are affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, we earn a small commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the editorial work. It does not influence which products we recommend.

How affiliate links work

When you click a "Buy" link on Priviw, you are redirected to a retailer (such as Amazon) with a tracking tag embedded in the URL. If you complete a purchase within the retailer's attribution window (typically 24 hours for Amazon), we receive a commission — usually between 1% and 10% of the sale price depending on the product category.

You pay exactly the same price whether or not you use our affiliate link. Retailers do not charge buyers more to cover affiliate commissions.

Our affiliate partners

Priviw currently has affiliate relationships with the following retailers and networks:

Amazon US (amazon.com)Amazon AssociatesUnited States
Amazon India (amazon.in)Amazon Associates IndiaIndia
FlipkartFlipkart Affiliate ProgramIndia

We may add new affiliate partners over time. This page will be updated when we do.

How this affects our recommendations

Affiliate revenue does not influence which products Priviw recommends. Our editorial process works in one direction: we identify the best product in a category, then add an affiliate link to it — not the other way around.

We do not accept sponsored placements, paid reviews, or payment from brands in exchange for coverage. A brand cannot pay to be listed on Priviw.

If a product we currently recommend is replaced by a better option, we update the recommendation — regardless of the affiliate relationship with the original product's retailer.

Regulatory compliance

United States: This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). Affiliate links are material connections that we are required to disclose.

India: This disclosure is made in accordance with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines on influencer advertising and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
